No part of that material may be copied, modified, redistributed, reverse engineered, or used to create a derivative product except with prior written permission or as otherwise permitted by law or an applicable software licence.
Club and regatta material
Club names, logos, course booklets, sailing instructions, course diagrams, race notices, and related material remain the property of Sandringham Yacht Club Inc. or the other rights holders identified by the source material. Their inclusion in SYC Courses does not transfer ownership to Luke Matthews or grant users permission to reproduce them separately.
Official sailing instructions, notices to competitors, and race-day communications take precedence over information reproduced or summarised in the app.
